After this course is complete, you’ll be able to make a salad from wild edibles commonly found in the forest, including plants and mushrooms. Your instructor will teach you to identify and locate species that are safe to eat, some of which you’ll harvest to take home with you.

You’ll also cover foraging regulations in Northern California, and develop your knowledge of seasonal growth patterns.

Now, if only there was a way to forage some ranch dressing.
