Whether you’re a newbie looking for a fresh workout, or you’re a crusty old brawler gearing up for a return to the ring, True Fight Club’s Boxing class is the thing for you!

Described as “The Sweet Science,” boxing is about more than fists-- it’s a science of strategy, defense, diversions, and instinct. In this all-levels class, you’ll learn all of those and more under the tutelage of expert instructors.

You’ll also learn valuable self-defense techniques. Shadow boxing without a partner, you’ll practice combinations (eg. jab-cross-hook) while receiving constructive feedback. You’ll also engage in technique drills, endurance work, and calisthenics to get you in the best shape of your life!
