    Introduction to Bouldering

    Ambitions of rock climbing? You don't have to leave NYC to get a leg up on your training! This introductory bouldering class is held at indoor rock-climbing gym offering a variety of climbing walls to aid in your instruction. You'll work with an experienced climber, learning about the gym and the fundamentals of climbing through actual practice on the wall. Over the course of the class, you'll cover key concepts such as foot and handhold techniques, climbing safety, and etiquette.     Brooklyn Bridge Running Tour
