    Tae Kwon Do

Combine elements of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido to fend off any opponent or attacker. With Tae Kwon Do, develop your training by focusing on strikes, kicking, punching, and blocking. Through your training with Hapkido, immerse yourself in the martial art that is deemed the art of harmonizing with your opponent's energy. In other words, the Hapkido techniques you'll learn will provide you with the knowledge of pressure points, joint locks, and submissions. You'll learn all the tricks, all the moves, and all the steps to take to protect yourself and defuse dangerous threats.
