    Taekwondo/Hapkido Group Class

    If you want to be an expert of anything, they say you need at least 10,000 hours of practice to get you there. Your first hour begins in this introductory class of Taekwondo and Hapkido. This course will teach you the fundamentals of both martial art forms. With Tae Kwon Do, develop your training by focusing on strikes, kicking, punching, and blocking. With Hapkido, you will learn the art of harmonizing with your opponent’s energy by the use of pressure points, joint locks, and submissions. The training you are to receive in this class will be exactly what you need to defuse dangerous threats in real life.
