TaeKwonDo is the Korean military art of self-defense that covers the following five tiers: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. In addition to empty-hand defense, it also includes training with weapons such as the sword, knife, stick and Bo staff. Learn this art if you want to wear your leather jacket unironically and cure boredom forever. OH -- I know, what if we chop of the second half of the world (hi-ya!) and just called it “board?” ...Oh wait.

    Tae Kwon Do

    Let’s face it: being hunted by ninja warriors is nobody’s idea of picnic. Get the jump on these bothersome shadow warriors by learning the self-defense style of taekwondo. Taekwondo is a Korean form of martial arts that focuses primarily on striking. You’ll be mastering and internalizing the fundamental skills of this style through energetic drills designed to build your form, strength, and stamina.
