It all starts with an excursion into winding tidal waters around Capers Island, an undeveloped barrier island. As you travel, you'll learn all about the history of Blue Crabs. Then, you'll set up at an excellent crabbing spot, where your guides will teach you to crab using old-fashioned hand line and chicken neck methods. Afterwards, you'll set up on the beach, where you'll clean and boil the Crabs, before introducing them to your stomach. That'll teach them to be shellfish.
