    SUP Intro Lesson

    (1)
Stand up Paddle Boarding is a real Before/After experience. What do we mean by that, you ask? Your first time on the board, you'll be wobbly, nervous, self-conscious. You won't be sure how to hold the paddle, how to stroke, or where to stand. You'll hope no one on shore is watching. You will likely fall in. That's the Before. But the After? Well, the After is a beautiful thing. By the end of this Intro Stand up Paddle Boarding adventure, you'll be channeling your inner Ancient Hawaiian, paddling and gliding through the lovely waters of Waikiki with ease. Your balance issues will be a thing of the past, you'll feel confident and comfortable, and you may even engage in some mild styling for the benefit of the shoobies on shore. And when it's all over, that night, you'll take a look at your bulging biceps and six-pack abs, and think "Where did those come from?"
