A karate class is the perfect way to learn when and how to throw effective punches and kicks. If you're just a beginner this is the perfect class for you.

You'll be introduced to fundamental drills, and basic offensive and defensive footwork. Get proper instruction on punches, kicks, and knees; and loads of cardio and conditioning. Sweat while you blast out round after round on the bags and in the octagon. Get the most out of your workout by exercising your body and mind and learn a new skill along the way.
