    The Labyrinth: Family Climbing

At The Labyrinth, uncover an incredible structure that offers climbers like yourself 40+ elements of mixed difficulty levels to challenge every member of your group. As a child or an adult, you won’t be able to help but feel a sense of wonder and excitement as you look up at a series of platforms in the trees connected by cable, wood, rope and zip lines to form bridges, each presenting you a different challenge of how to get to the next level and navigate through the forest. The "Lab" is a two level climbing tower featuring 40 different adventure challenges. Swinging bridges, rolling element and the most unique zip lines, have all been combined to make the Lab the hottest adventure venue in the DC area. Perfect for a family with kids ages 5-9. Mom and Dad can climb and zip as well, or just observe from the ark setting below the Labyrinth. And as the sun goes down, the lights come up, creating a magical evening climbing adventure.

    Terrapin Tower

    Channel you inner Spider Man as you scale all 12 routes up and down a 43-foot high climbing tower. When you reach the top, enjoy views of the Little Patuxent River as you rest under a canopy roof, peer down at the earth below, and ask yourself “Did I really just do that?” The routes up and down include both flat paths for beginners and an overhang route for more advanced climbers. For a truly unique descent, climb headfirst down the Rainbow Serpent or disembark via the tube net. There’s also a vertical playpen with many exciting and challenging elements like a cargo net, rope ladder, climbing log, firecracker, centipede, and tire/dangle duo that will enhance your climbing experience.
