After a brief introductory lesson, you’ll be led on a guided meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and centered. Stresses will be easier to deal with and obstacles in everyday life will seem less daunting.
However, it’s important to note that meditation is a journey, not an immediate cure-all. Luckily, you can use the techniques you learned in this class at home, so you will be able to continue your meditation journey at your own convenience.
