This beginner-friendly class provides students with a strong foundation in both the self-defense and sport applications of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). It follows the school's BJJ Foundations curriculum engineered to provide you with well-rounded and effective grappling skills. While getting a great workout, you'll also learn how to apply and escape submission holds, including chokes and arm locks. You may also be given the opportunity to put their skills to the test during live positional sparring drills under the supervision of certified, professional instructors!

Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only and is limited to one person per booking (each person signing up will need to place a separate booking).
