This beginner-friendly class provides you with a strong foundation in Muay Thai. This Muay Thai Basics class will follow a rotating foundations curriculum that will keep you smiling, sweating, and learning the whole time. In these fun, action-packed classes, you'l have ample opportunity to hit the pads while learning effective self-defense techniques. If you decide to continue on, after six months of consistent training and testing in the application and evasion of attacks, you'll be armed with the essential striking skills needed to progress to Intermediate/Advanced Level classes.

Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only and is limited to one person per booking (each person signing up will need to place a separate booking).
