In this Green Juice Therapy Workshop, juicing expert Beth Lindley will teach you the methods and recipes to create your own juices using the proper ingredients to keep you nutritionally charged and full of energy. On top of that, you’ll also learn what you can expect as you juice and how to hone in on all the positive benefits associated with this practice. This will go over frequently asked questions like the difference between juices and smoothies, juicers and blenders, and medicinal vs. recreational raw -- and don’t forget about the yummy samples!
