When it comes to self-defence, the ultimate weapon is self-confidence. Knowing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo definitely doesn’t hurt, though. These intense and effective martial arts will make you the master of fighting in close quarters -- perfect for real-life situations on the street. You’ll learn to grab and throw your opponent, and force him into submission with joint locks, holds, and choking positions. You will also sculpt lean muscle, build indomitable stamina, and learn how to take down anyone who poses a threat.
