Learn to react on your feet and with your fists in any situation. Practicing Muay Thai will teach you how to use your entire body as a weapon with lightning strike speed. Muay Thai is also known as the “Art of 8 Limbs,” and revolves around use of your fists, elbows, knees, shins, and feet as weapons of self-defense. In this class, you will develop precise punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes, and learn how to strike from real-life, “awkward” fighting positions. There’s no time to think things out in the heat of battle, so the key is to react quickly and with strength. Muay Thai and boxing will turn your entire body into a lean, mean, fighting machine.
