Does the thought of doing splits conjure up memories of your days as a young gymnast? Do you long to go back in time and regain that amazing flexibility? This class has you covered, no time machine needed. Learn the skills to reawaken your body’s flexibility (or discover it for the first time) as a professional instructor guides you from warm up to cool down. Practice the techniques necessary to achieve perfect 180-degree left, right and middle splits as well as the foundation to attempt oversplits. Learn how to warm up correctly and work on a full stretching routine specifically designed with splits in mind.
