Come experience a fun and sexy full body workout unlike any other! This basics pole dancing class will expose you to the joys and benefits of pole dancing. You will be introduced to movements, vocabulary, and concepts of fundamental pole skills, including poses, transitions, and musicality. An expert instructor will assist you individually in a semi-private setting to make sure you are instructed in correct pole body alignment, proper muscle mechanics, and conditioning techniques. Part of your class time will involve an explanation of equipment, proper use, and safety so you feel completely confident and safe during this fun and amazing workout!
