This type of modern Judo focuses on sport competition, and consists of throws, pins, and submission techniques. There is no striking, punching, elbowing, or kicking, making it perfect for you no matter your shape, size or fitness level. Bring your enthusiasm and learn useful self-defense skills like how to disable opponents, while you begin to reshape how you move and think. Discover for yourself everything Judo has to offer you!

Leah Fisher and Terence McPartland, both Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt), are experienced competitors. Leah is a certified Cross Fit instructor. Terence is a Martial Arts Strength and Conditioning Trainer as well as a teacher of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education.
