Enjoy a unique combination of the bujitsu approach to physical training and the budo approach to the philosophical training in martial arts. The bujitsu approach to training will help you view martial arts techniques practically (as opposed to as a sport) while the budo approach ensures that the principles you learn in your training carry over and benefit your everyday life. You’ll focus on effective movements while improving your range and striking abilities to develop a practical set of self-defense skills you can utilize in real-life scenarios. Turn your body into a weapon as you practice striking with not just your hands, but your elbows, knees, feet, shins, and shoulders as well!

Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only. You must be 16+ years old to participate; if you're under 18 years old, you will need parent/guardian present to sign form.
