About this Activity
Take a Kung Fu and conditioning class with the Jow Ga Shaolin Institute, and join other like-minded beginners who want to improve their body and learn methods to better handle their minds. Classes are taught by professional and certified instructors who will lead you through a progressive series of martial skill levels.
