Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) has proven to be so effective that even the U.S Military uses it. Regardless of whether you are small, slightly unathletic, or a complete beginner, this training can prepare you for the intensity of a real life confrontation. Learn basic punches and kicks, along with useful takedown and grappling techniques as you build up your strength, stamina, and confidence. Practice joint locks and chokeholds in a safe and encouraging environment, and feel capable of taking on any attacker, no matter what size!
