Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a combat sport that uses grappling and ground fighting techniques. Because of its unique strategy, it is possible for smaller practitioners to overpower far larger opponents - making it a sport that is truly for everyone. No-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is extremely similar to classic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with the exception that students need not wear the traditional uniform. In this class you’ll learn the fundamentals of this rewarding sport as you improve your overall strength, endurance and physical fitness. Not only will you get a great workout, you’ll gain more confidence as you learn important self-defense techniques.
