Crouch like a tiger, hit like Bruce Lee. Wushu is the term for traditional Chinese martial arts, including kung fu and wing chun. Popularized in the West by stars like Bruce Lee and Jet Li, Wushu is fast, versatile, and if you’ve seen any of their movies, you know it’s downright awesome. You’ll learn techniques like kicking, punching, and blocking, bare hand combat, as well as energy-channeling practices like tai chi. By learning several styles of Wushu, you will be prepared for many different self-defense scenarios. With drunken bare hand, long fist, southern fist, and white ape fist, strengthen both your body and mind in a supportive, focused environment.
