Although subject to change, the recipes may include: Aloo Matar (peas and potatoes in a light broth), Jerusalem Artichoke (crispy Jerusalem artichokes with ajwain and salt), and Baingan Bharta (smoked spicy eggplant mash).After the cooking is done, sit down to a friendly meal with your classmates!
