Pansaari is a Chai Cafe and Indian Market with a bright, social kitchen, perfectly suited to learning and meeting fellow foodies! You'll work under the guidance of a friendly chef, talk about traditional ingredients used in Indian foods.

After you have the basics, master four seasonal meatless recipes. Although subject to change, the recipes may include: Chana Daal Pulao (Long grain rice with split chick peas), Matar Paneer (Paneer with Sweet Grean Peas and spices), Sookhe Masala Aloo (A simple diced potato dish with cumin and turmeric), and Raita (A yogurt based side dish that is excellent for helping in digestion).After the cooking is done, sit down to a friendly meal with your classmates!
