Grapple, take down, control, and dominate! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is widely considered the most dependable and effective of all the martial arts. This method of combat features a “feet to floor” mentality where you will receive expert instruction on fundamental techniques to take down and control any resisting opponent in ways that will force them to submit. This beginner level Jiu-Jitsu class is designed to provide students with a solid understanding of the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu, with a focus on Jiu-Jitsu-specific conditioning and theory. Take in some history, learn the basic moves, and see what you've been missing all of this time. You may have just found your next favorite activity!

Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only. A gi is not required for this class.
