Here’s a quick history lesson: Muay Thai, or Thai boxing, is an ancient martial art that dates back over 1000 years, and was used by Thai warriors to defend their country from Burmese invaders. Like kickboxing, but with an exciting twist of aerobics, Thai boxing has been used for centuries to build strength, endurance, power of concentration, determination, self-confidence and discipline. Here’s where you come in. In this introductory class, you’ll begin to build familiarity with the basic techniques and building blocks of the art of Muay Thai. Get ready to learn from dedicated instructors who believe that a strong foundation will be the key to your success and safety.
