Barre work, center work, and floor combinations will be just a few of the basic focuses that go into understanding this legendary art form. The graceful style is also one that requires dedicated training, rigor, and bodywork to contort your body in the ways you desire. You’ll train your body to be more flexible, improve your posture, and sculpt your muscles with great toning exercises. It’s a fun, exciting, and great way to learn how to dance!
