You’ll learn the techniques culled from a variety of other fighting styles, including Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, boxing, and Taekwondo. The list of moves you’ll practice goes on far too long to list here, but it includes punches, kicks, throws, tackles, sweeps, armbars and leglocks!

Meanwhile, you’ll also get in incredible shape, firming up muscle and sweating off fat. You’ll get to try out your moves on new friends during live sparring sessions, and enjoy the confidence you can only gain from knowing how to defend yourself..
