Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, you will make several varieties of beef jerky including South African biltong and even salmon jerky. The best part about this class is that you get to snack on the subject at hand during the workshop. Actually, the best part is that you get to take home a little bit of each kind to share (or not share) with your friends and family!
