The idea is pretty simple: You, and if you'd like, a couple of pals, will be shown and taught by a team of expert chefs how to butcher your very own half pig any way you'd like. From there, you will portion your cuts and take home the fruits of your labor either for yourself or to share amongst yourselves. Whether you’re preparing for a big barbecue, or simply looking to stock up on some fresh pork and skills, this class is an awesome and delicious way to get hands-on experience with butchery!
