Discover the essential moves and techniques that make up the Hung Fut system of kung fu, which emphasises low, powerful stances, furious hand techniques, and a unique emphasis on left-handed attacks that make it easy to surprise and overtake an opponent. In this class, you will begin with stretching and strengthening exercises. Then it's on to essential stances, kicks, and punches, as you combine them in short routines. Whether you've never thrown a punch in your life or are already a black belt, a solid grounding in the basics is essential for any level of practice. As you train, you will radically increase your flexibility, endurance, strength, and confidence in your ability to defend yourself in any situation.
