Hung Fat is a style that is known for its emphasis on low, powerful stances, furious hand techniques, and a unique emphasis on left-handed attacks that make it easy to surprise and overtake an opponent. In this class, you will begin with stretching and strengthening exercises. Then it's on to essential stances, kicks, and punches, as you combine them in short routines. You will also practice the slow, flowing movements of tai chi, which will invigorate and clear your mind and release stress and tension from your body. You're in for a class that will strengthen both your body and mind.
