Lunch is held at the Copper Oven, where you'll enjoy a mouthwatering pizza, topped with your choice of locally-sourced ingredients and fired to order on a french copper oven. Sufficiently fueled, you'll make your way to Hosmer Winery, where you'll experience a vertical tasting of the same wine in order to learn about the effect of aging and seasonal variation on flavor.
