These tiny, flavorful bites of sheer ecstasy are served on small plates, and are designed to be shared. This makes them perfect for engaging dinner parties built around a shared culinary experience. During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to craft a few delicious tapas dishes for yourself. Not only will you master preparation of fresh, seasonal recipes, but you'll work on presentation as well -- an integral part of serving tapas. Class takes place in the bright creative kitchen space maintained by PREP Kitchen Essentials, where you'll get your hands dirty alongside fellow classmates. This makes the workshop not only a great educational experience, but a great place to make some new foodie friends! On the menu: Perfect chicken, shrimp and chorizo paella; Papas Brava; Piquillo peppers stuffed with spicy salmon tartar and lemon oil; Spanish ham and potato tortilla; and Catalan flatbread with tapenade. They may be small dishes, but they’re a lot to chew on!
