Chef Victor will teach you all the essentials and techniques of Thai cooking. Specifically you will learn and cook the broth and rice and work with all the particular ingredients that you might not be used to working with such as lemongrass, ginger, mint, curry paste, cilantro, coconut milk, etc. This class is open for chefs of all levels and no experience is necessary. Plus, additional food and drinks are available for purchase at the venue, in case you'd like to enhance the fun a little further!
